Thanks for the info about Acai Berry. This is the first time i got to know about Acai Berry, like every other fruits, they contain many great properties like high in fibre, high in vitamins and irons while some has high antioxidant inside. Fruits are best consume freshly and when we consume supplement, it only extract the active ingredients of the fruit while ignoring some other properties.
