I won’t lie and tell you that I didn’t have my doubts about the effectiveness of the ever-popular Pedegg. This product is something that I thought might be all hype and no substance, so I thought it was time I put down the money and tried out one for myself. I want to tell you about what I found and how I feel about the Pedegg now that I have used it.
The Pedegg advertises itself as a professional pedicure device and I found it to be just that. I have had real pedicures in the past and the results that I got from the Pedegg in terms of removing dead, dry skin was much the same as what I would have had done in a salon, but without the high price. The Pedegg also works well on callouses that are notoriously tough to deal with.
The beauty of the Pedegg is two-fold – it is easy to use, and it is hygienic. Because it is egg-shaped, it nicely fits in the palm of your hand and makes it easy to create the motion that is required to remove callouses or dry skin. It also somehow traps all of that dead skin up inside the egg so that you are not filing your dead skin onto the floor, which makes it substantially better than traditional foot files.
If you have never used the Pedegg, I would have to say that it is time. Particularly with summer just around the corner, we all have a need to keep our feet looking good for sandal weather and the Pedegg manages to do just that. By taking just a minute on each heel with the Pedegg, you will be able to gently remove your callouses and dry skin and leave your feet looking nice and soft again.
