The Kiyoseki Styler is the next generation of hair straighteners, and it’s at least one step above any of its nearest competitors. You may have already heard about the benefits of ceramic plates and Tourmaline and negative ionization and infrared heat. But you’ve probably not heard of Kiyoseki, so read on.
The new Kiyoseki Styler incorporates Kiyoseki onto its Tourmaline-coated ceramic plates. Kiyoseki is a Japanese chemical that has much more powerful ionization capabilities than even Tourmaline. These super negative ions, combined with the negative ions produced by the Tourmaline, work to help smooth and soften your hair by surrounding each shaft.
Kiyoseki and Tourmaline each also produce infrared heat. Infrared heat works differently than regular, direct heat in that it penetrates each hair shaft and works from within to style your hair. During this process the ceramic plates protect your hair by smoothing out the roughness in each strand and sealing each shaft to prevent moisture loss.
Older models of hair straighteners, without Tourmaline or ceramics, are very damaging for your hair because they use direct, very high heat and metal or aluminum plates. This high heat pulls the moisture from your hair while you’re styling and causes damage like breakage and split ends, making your hair look dull and lifeless.
You’ve probably also seen stylers with Tourmaline and ceramic plates, and these stylers are certainly better for your hair than the older models. But without the Kiyoseki, you still have to expose your hair to heat for a good amount of time to style it properly.
The addition of Kiyoseki though, makes the Kiyoseki Styler the new super power in hair straightening tools. The extra negative ions generated by the Kiyoseki speed up the styling time so your hair is exposed to less heat for a shorter period of time.
