Proform 850 Review Explains GameFit and Health Technology

I was taking a look at articles on different cardio machines when I ran into a Proform 850 review. This particular elliptical trainer had some interesting aspects, which made the article an interesting read. The Proform 850 review also made me want to see how the GameFit portion and health readings worked.

Most individuals will think of sitting on the couch if they are playing video games, but the Proform 850 review explained how this particular elliptical machine has GameFit technology. This technology has the Fat Blocker and Calorie Destroyer video games designed into the machine as an option – or distraction – for the user. It appeals to all ages with moderate workout abilities, but the nice thing is the games will get easier the harder the person works out. This component may be the perfect thing for those with a competitive nature or those who need the extra distraction to get through their workout.

Another benefit I discovered in the Proform 850 review is how it allows you to keep track of your health statistics, as it provides the option of getting an accurate pulse reading. The sensors are built into the handlebars, so once you grip them you can get a reading of your heart rate. This is ideal for those who need to watch where the heart rate hovers or for the people trying to concentrate their workout level to a specific area.

The one downfall the Proform 850 review pointed out was if you weren’t interested in the GameFit technology, then the elliptical trainer was just an average machine. However, it will be perfect for the moderate exercise enthusiast, just not the hard-core workout buff.

Reading the Proform 850 review was informational and made my husband and I want to run out and find the elliptical machine for ourselves.
