Working Your Way to Better Health With the Healthrider Softstrider r60

In this article, I’m going to share with you my experience with the Healthrider Softstrider r60. There has been a lot of discussion in health forums over the treadmill, and I thought that as someone who has been using this treadmill for two weeks now, I’d step in and share my user experience with the machine. Exactly who is this treadmill for and what can the machine do for you to help you achieve your goal of getting fit?

The first thing that I noticed about this machine is its ease of use — it’s iFIT®  compatible so you can control the incline and the speed of the machine automatically, without losing your focus. You can do any of the 10 programs displayed on the LED or you can go with an iFIT® program, which is sent to the Healthrider Softstrider r60 directly via iFIT®’s website. A third option is to buy a separate disk which you can insert right onto the console. If you go with an iFIT® program, a trainer will talk you through your workout while motivational music plays in the background!

Another thing that I like about the treadmill is that it’s a space saver. You can fold it into an upright position right after you use it, so it’s definitely the best machine for you if you do not have much  floor space. This is what sold me on the machine, by the way. I live in a condo, and I do not have much room for new things but this treadmill fit right in!

Overall, I’d call the Healthrider Softstrider r60 a reliable machine. It’s attractive, roomy, easy to use, and quite durable. It’s not for the serious runner training for a gold because it does not pack a lot of motor power. However, if you’re a light jogger who only wants to sweat good, then this treadmill is definitely for you.
